Cancellation
We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled you will get full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.Β
Returns (if applicable)
We accept return ofΒ products.Β CustomersΒ have the right to apply for a return within 14Β days after the product is delivered.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please ask our customer service at info@niovora.comΒ to make sure you send the package to the right address.Β
Notes
If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
No restocking fee to be charged to the consumers for the return of a product.;
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you a notification of receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days after we receive your return parcel.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you havenβt received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If youβve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@niovora.com.
When will the order be shippedΒ ?
We will process your order within 2 business days, unless it is a preorder item. If you place your order on a non-business day, we will ship the order the next business day. Holiday deliveries may be delayed by a day or two.

Preorders
We provide an estimated shipping date for preorders, however we cannot guarantee an exact date.Β Preorders are charged at the time of purchase. If your order contains the in-stock and pre-order,Β everything will ship together when available.
Order Change/Cancellation
If you need to change or cancel your order, contact us@info@niovora.comΒ ASAP. You can reply directly to your order confirmation email. If the order hasn't been shipped, we're happy to accommodate you.
Lost package
Please keep in mind that we hand packages over to the shipping company, but they are delivering it! Not all circumstances are under our control, and you are responsible for tracking your package and receiving it. Any claims for lost packages need to be filed within 21 days of the order being shipped.
If tracking says delivered, but you have not received it:Β please email us with the information and we will start an insurance claim for you.
Where does package ship from?
Our warehouse is based in China. When package lands in your country, it will be delivered by local carrier.
Restrictions
We are not responsible for any failed delivery attempt caused by negligent behaviors of customers. Negligence includes, but is not limited to, incorrect information such as order address/contact number/consignee's name. In this case, we are unable to file a refund for you. If you find that your order information is wrong, please contact us at info@niovora.comΒ with your order number and correct information as soon as possible.
Customs Duties
Shipments from all of our warehouses are delivery duty unpaid. Therefore, any and all customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. If any, these charges must be paid by the customers, especially if you choose Express shipping for your order.
Customers agree to take full liability for all return shipment costs, customs charges and handling fees should they refuse to accept a parcel due to import duties or taxes. Please note that according to customs regulations, Niovora cannot declare purchased items as gifts or list an amount lower than the actual product price.
With some carrier services experiencing unexpected delays in transit or slight delays in providing tracking details, we appreciate your patience and understanding in advance. It's our top priority to make sure your orders get delivered to you as soon as possible.
Accidents
If any item or package is damaged or missing, or if you have any doubts about possible damage, you must do the following
- Clearly state this on the receipt before signing for payment.
- Arrange to contact us within two working days.
- Save the damaged packing materials for inspection.
- Take photos of the damaged items and packaging.

I bought it for myself and my sister wore it before I did. That says enough. Itβs very sweet and easy to dress up.
I like the silhouette a lot, but the chest area sits a little higher than I expected. Not a dealbreaker, just something to know.
On its own itβs very romantic, maybe too soft for my office. But with a cream blazer it looked polished enough for dinner after work.
